About Dianne Morris
I’m a registered midwife, educator, and researcher with more than 30 years of experience in maternal and child health across Australia and the UK. My work spans hospital-based care, university teaching, childbirth education, research coordination, and community wellbeing programs—especially for women and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I’m a PhD candidate from the University of Technology Sydney, where my research explored how to build resilience in undergraduate midwifery students. I’m passionate about improving outcomes in maternity care through education, cultural humility, and community-led support.
Whether I’m in the classroom, at the bedside, or facilitating workshops for new parents, I believe every person deserves care that is respectful, inclusive, and empowering.
