There are various approaches to assessing resilience and understanding its significance in the present context. It is essential to recognise which insights can enhance our ability to develop resilience, and to examine the factors that may hinder our ability to build resilience both personally and professionally.

This workshop series builds practical, grounded resilience week by week. We begin with perseverance, navigating hard decisions, conflict, and work-related stress. From there, we explore purpose and goal‑setting.
Then moving into understanding how to cultivate equanimity (Balance), by discussing social support, and navigating work–life balance. To deepen the journey, we will cover authenticity, communication, identity, and belonging, followed by self-reliance, self-esteem, and self-awareness to strengthen personal empowerment.
The final weeks will focus on practical application and restorative, practical-based activities, helping participants integrate the knowledge into everyday life.
